Jute leaf with daliya

Daliya is a wheat product made from whole raw wheat kernels which are cracked into small pieces.It is a rich source of daily requirement of carbohydrate,fibre and manganese in our food.It is easily digestable and fat free.It is a perfect food choice for person who are health conscious.
Soak daliya in water for a while.discard the excess water.In a pressure cooker put daliya,chopped garlic,chopped chilly,a pinch of cooking soda,salt as per required.Pour some water and put on the gas.After 2whistle,put off .Let it cool naturally .After opening the lid add a bunch of fresh jute leaf.Keep in mind that leaves remain whole.Again cover the lid of pressure cooker .only one  whistle is sufficient.Transfer in a bowl and garnish with slit green chilly ,coriander leaf,mint leaf etc.
In this recipe not a single drop of oil has been used.So this combination of green jute leaf and goodness of daliya would love by figure conscious person.As tender jute leaf is only available for 1 or 2 month during summer;in other days you can take seasonal green leafy vegetables instead of tender jute leaf.I would love to share that nowadays in my kitchen garden jute plants are growing abundantly.And I am doing experiment with those and have been trying to create interesting recipes which I would love to share with you ...offcourse eating with you.sorry..you have to prepare yourself and eat with your liking person....
