Pumpkin halowa with fresh cream and choco chips

Hello friends!Hope everyone is enjoying the festive season as own way.Offcourse ,any festival is incomplete without food.Isn't it.So presenting here a dessert very simple pumpkinhalowa with my twist...Here goes pumpkin halowa with fresh cream and choco chips.....
Ingredients:
Pumpkin puree=400gm
Sugar=100gm
Dalda=100gm
Cinnamon powder=1teaspoon
Cardamom powder=100gm
Peanut=A handfull
Assorted nuts=for garnishing
Pure ghee= 1spoon for flavour
Saffron=few threads
Fresh cream
Choco chips

Method:
In a pan heat pumpkin puree,dalda,sugar,cardamom powder,cinnamon powder,ghee.Stir thoroughly.
(To make puree cut the pumpkin in large pieces.Then boil and mash it with hand or blender.)
In an another pan dry roast the peanut.When peanut smells toasted transfer immediately to the halowa mixer.When oil comes out put off the flame.Transfer it in a beautiful bowl.garnish with assorted nuts,saffron threads.Dollop of cream and decorate with choco chips.
As a vegetable children may discard pumpkin but halowa hiding under choco chips and,cream will attract them.
Pumpkin owes its natural sweetness.So if you want to serve diabetic person avoid sugar and replace dalda with refined oil.
